Customer Service and Project Management:

The role is to support a designer in ordering, tracking and delivering products and services.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

• Learn resources, place orders and track them through delivery
• Good memory to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills, articulate in speech and writing
• Computer literate including word processing, spread sheet and database skills
• Basic math skills and strategic problem solver
• Need to be organized and detail oriented
• Excellent follow up ability for a somewhat demanding and result oriented clientele

Additional Information:

The work environment is professional, yet fun and rewarding

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional before and after hours.
