In case you’re wondering… this is what a whole lot of packed orders looks like 🤍✨
Seeing stacks and stacks of your orders ready to go out is truly one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Every bag sitting here represents someone choosing to support my small business, and that is something I never want to take for granted. It means so much to me every single time you shop with Beverly & Co., whether it’s a preorder, a new release, or even just taking the time to interact with posts and cheer this little business on.
I thought it might be helpful to share a little behind-the-scenes of what happens once preorder items start arriving, because I know from the outside it can seem like once boxes land here, orders are immediately ready to head out. I so wish it were that simple 😅
When boxes come in, there’s still quite a bit that has to happen before those items make it to their final destination. I have to go through invoices and cross reference everything to make sure I received what I was supposed to receive, sort through all of the items, separate orders, make tags, tag each piece, pack everything up, label pickup orders, create shipping labels, and then make sure every order gets where it needs to go. It’s a process, and it’s one I handle fully on my own.
I share that not to complain, but simply to give a little insight into what goes on behind the scenes. There are so many moving pieces involved in getting your orders organized, checked, packed, and out the door correctly, and I always want to make sure things are done as carefully as they are quickly.
I also always try to give estimated preorder arrival timeframes in my posts, but those are approximate for a reason. Sometimes delays happen that are completely outside of my control — vendor restocks, shipping delays, delayed arrivals from carriers, or items that do not arrive in a shipment when expected. As much as I wish I could control every step of the process, some parts are simply out of my hands.
Please know that if you’re waiting on an order, it has not been forgotten. I am always working as quickly as I can behind the scenes to get everything checked in, packed up, and on its way to you. I care deeply about making sure your orders are correct and get to you as soon as possible.
More than anything, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for shopping with me, thank you for supporting my small business, and thank you for the kindness, patience, and grace you show while I work through it all. This business is something I pour so much of my heart into, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single order, every comment, every share, and every one of you. 🤍
