• All details should be confirmed during the ordering process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc. My order volume is generally pretty high, so it can be difficult for me to keep up with changes made after an order is placed via message.
• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchasing. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.
• I am not responsible for any damage done once an item leaves my possession, including damage from dropping or not following the care instructions provided. All epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. While properly cared for epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant, they are not crack proof and shouldn't be treated as such. If handled and treated with care, your tumbler will last a very long time.
• All shipping is done through USPS Shipping, and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days, sometimes more. I have no control over shipping times or USPS delays once a package is out of my hands. is also available for local customers.
• Please be sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing. I am not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. If you notice your item is being shipped to an old address, please message me ASAP so I can change it.
• I will do my best to complete your order in my timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. Due to the nature of these items and the materials used, unforeseen occurrences can happen and may take extra time to resolve. Any questions or changes I may have, will be communicated to you.
