After wrapping up this year’s Land Investment Expo, I handed off the Peoples Company top producer “world champion” belt to the very deserving Matt Adams who had a huge fourth quarter to take the title I was fortunate enough to hold through Q2 & Q3 of 2022.

In addition to Matt taking home the world champ title, Adam Crist - Peoples Company won the “young guns” belt for being the top producing newer agent and Jaxon Goedken took home the “top dawg” title for being an overall badass.

If you didn’t attend , you missed an amazing event filled with great speakers. A few of my highlights were Peter Zeihan’s immense geopolitical knowledge and Jimmy John Liautaud’s story about embracing the grind to turn a sandwich shop into a multi-billion dollar business, along with farmland ownership. Mark your calendars to attend next January in Des Moines.
