Just finished up deliveries for the first ever sample from McClain’s Kitchen! 17 samples were given out today and I have 12 more that are ready to be delivered tomorrow. That is all of the samples I have this week, thank you so much for your support! Hope you enjoyed the food 😉here’s a couple pictures before I portioned it all out.

I will hopefully be posting next weeks meal on Friday (May 9th) to take pre orders!

First Meal Alert! If you have not already done so please like and follow this page so that you see updates when I am cooking. If you aren’t sure what this is, please find and read my welcome post on this page.

Tomorrow (Monday May 5th) I will be making lasagna with a side of green beans and garlic bread. If you are interested in a free sample please message this business page or text my phone number with your name and address and I will add you to the list. As this is brand new for me I am going to limit delivery to Independence City Limits. (With some exceptions, message me with questions, I just need to keep the delivery area small)

There is a cost involved for me to provide free samples and to deliver, donations are accepted but not expected. I am expecting to have 20-30 samples this week and it will be first come first serve (whoever messages or texts me first). This will be a sample size, a few bites of lasagna a few bites of green beans and a small piece of garlic bread, not a full dinner portion. When I get things up and running full portions will be available and in cases like lasagnas full pans can be made available.

Hello foodies! Welcome to my business page. Ever since I was a young child I have always enjoyed cooking and sharing meals with friends and family. Over the last 5 years of living here in Independence I have made many new friendships and connections. Some of you have had the chance to taste some of my cooking and have encouraged me to follow my dreams of being a chef and to one day have my own restaurant.

I have finally decided to take the plunge and get some kind of weekly meal service up and running. My goal starting out is to cook a dinner once a week and sell portions that I can either deliver or you can pick up. As this is all very new for me I ask for your patience and assistance with getting the finer details worked out.

There are many things that I am still working on logistically to make this a viable business. I will be working on getting a business license and securing a kitchen location that meets all food requirements and is up to code (unfortunately my house does not have a separate hand washing sink or a 3 compartment dishwashing sink.) Without a business license and an inspected kitchen I cannot sell food. In the meantime while I get all of those details ironed out I will be offering free samples of some of my meals, that way people can get a sample of what my style of cooking is and how my food tastes.

This is all very new for me and a scary first step but I hope you enjoy my food and I thank you all in advance for supporting me and my dreams! Stay Hungry 💙
