There's a direct line between the state of my house and the state of my head.

I think people assume anyone with a tidy home has the rest of their life figured out. I can only speak for myself, but no. I get stressed. I get overwhelmed. I cry in the shower sometimes.

Can I tell you what this year has actually looked like?

🫩 Are you tired of spending an hour or more processing your paper clutter?
I have a tip for you! 👇

Spend some time deciding the course of action you'll take when you process each *category* of paper.

For example, determine ahead of time whether you will....
🤷🏻‍♀️ pay each bill as soon as it arrives or schedule a time to pay them later
🤷🏻‍♀️ save your children's artwork and school papers, take pictures of them and then declutter, or declutter immediately
🤷🏻‍♀️ keep every wedding invitation and Save-The-Date card or enter them in your planner/calendar and then declutter them

Once you've made those kind of decisions once, you won't have to spend five minutes deciding what to do with each individual paper - you can just follow the course of action you set up for that category! 🙌 Try it and let me know how it goes for you!

I go in for laundry detergent. I come out with 38 organization bins, a bag of chips because I got hungry, a reusable water bottle that was on sale, and no detergent. 🤦🏻‍♀️
