I have so much to share on this project, it was a unique situation where the owners wanted to update the main floor of the home to attract buyers, make changes that would still fit the architecture of the home, while also giving a buyer the current amenities of newer homes.

I will be sharing more of the final results through photos and videos, but for now here is the exterior when we had it ready for showings. Guess what? It has SOLD!

It’s peony season!! Enjoy these beautiful flowers while they last! Their time is fleeting, trim some that haven’t opened yet and put them in your refrigerator and take them out when you are ready to enjoy them, they will last a bit longer that way!

The 2026 Show House has come to a close!! Thank you to all who visited, shared feedback, and enjoyed the hard work we put into our spaces! A big thank you to St. Margaret’s Guild for all of your work, dedication to the cause and volunteer time.
A special thank you to all do the vendors, local shops and contractors who helped my vision come to life!

I had the opportunity to take my daughters to see the Decorators’ Show House yesterday. It is my 20th year of participating in this amazing event for a great cause, raising money for to help fund specific programs to benefit those in our community who need access to amazing care.
I have had the honor of meeting and working alongside amazing women in St. Margaret’s Guild as well as my fellow designers, gaining friendships that are dear to my heart.
My girls have been involved in aspects of the Show House throughout the years, from sitting in their baby carrier while I am working in a space, to helping me measure or taking photos of a room. I am glad they have been able to see the work that goes into each year and see what their mom does for a career.
I have also been able to share this experience with MY mother, who has worked with me for over 13 years side by side sharing office space, working on projects and helping bring countless Show Houses to life. I was happy to have her and my family with me on the tour yesterday to see my 20th Show House space, and first time doing a kitchen for the SH! I am blessed and thankful.
