How it’s going…Tile Installation on my own project. If you have been following along in my stories you have seen this from the start and I have shared the good, the bad, and the ugly. You would also know that I decided to hire a contractor to GC this project because I felt like I needed to concentrate on my clients projects where I am managing everything. It has been tough. I run my jobs differently and have different expectations for my subcontractors. What this has taught me is that I really do A LOT for my clients and my subs are top notch on all levels. Quality work, timely schedules, and respecting my clients homes.
