This was our second Networking Mixer, and the information shared was truly golden. We were honored to have Shellie Vernon, VP and Senior Consultant at Chase Bank, pour into our small business community with her powerful session on understanding the “Power of Capital.”

We were also joined by the VP of Development Banking, along with several other incredible leaders who are committed to supporting the growth of local entrepreneurs.

The energy in the room was inspiring. Our eager entrepreneurs showed up ready to learn, ready to connect, and ready to take in the knowledge needed to elevate their businesses.

Another successful step toward strengthening our small business ecosystem. More to come.

My heart is so full after an incredible day of serving. As many of you know, I own The Cooking Station Indy, a certified commercial kitchen
and today I hosted my very first Restaurant Networking Mixer. It was everything I hoped for and more.

Being able to bridge the gap between corporations and the mobile food industry is something I’ve dreamed of since the day I started this business. Watching business relationships form, seeing entrepreneurs connect with resources, and witnessing everyone pour into one another felt like God’s hands were guiding every moment and molding everything together.

I’m deeply grateful for the strong support from Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Chase Bank, ADP, and the Indy Chamber. Their presence, knowledge, and willingness to show up for our food entrepreneurs meant so much to everyone in the room.

This is only the beginning. I have BIG plans to make a meaningful impact in this industry—not just for businesses and corporations, but for the community we all serve. Great food brings people together, and I’m committed to creating opportunities that uplift entrepreneurs and nourish our neighborhoods.

Our goal moving forward is to host the Restaurant Networking Mixer every month, inviting different companies to join us and continue building powerful relationships within the mobile food industry at
