Through an enthusiastic approach, commitment to design and a working atmosphere of mutual respect, the design group strives to produce quality interiors that reflect the image and purpose of the client. Healthcare makes up 50% of our work with the remainder being corporate, retail, restaurant, education, hospitality, museum, custom furniture and residential. As a full-service interior design firm, the design and planning process typically includes the specification of all furnishings and finishes, and embodies everything from custom furniture design to the development of art and signage programs. At Lohr Design, project management and process are equal in importance to the project design. The proper follow up, cost control and scheduling are close companions to the creative design process. In addition, we work closely with other members as part of the design professional team, providing valuable insight and objectivity to projects while maintaining the architectural integrity.

Franciscan St. Francis Heart Center is a world class cardiac facility which was created in 2005 by Lohr Design and the design team. At the end of 2011 we were called upon to refresh the facility with new carpet and reupholstery in its main waiting facilities. A timeless interior that places patients at ease upon arrival became the framework helping us to create the new tower that we will be sharing more about in the months ahead. This case study link was written about the facility and provides some insight to how projects can be accomplished through negotiative measures when necessary.
