I have known Jeff Reed, the owner of this business since we were in Sigma Chi together at Indiana University. Carmel Kitchens has done several wonderful projects for us including turning our little old kitchen in our hundred year old house in Irvington into a beautiful two cook kitchen that looks like it came with the house. I HIGHLY recommend them for design and remodel projects.

Here is a whole bunch of beautiful black cherry and a couple of walnut slabs finally naturally dried to low moisture, some of it from some very weathered logs, all suitable for benches, or a variety of works. I'll be starting to work on it soon. Let me know if you might be interested in something. It will be beautiful and rustic, probably with steel frames for some of the benches. I put an example from Wyoming in the images to stimulate ideas!

Greetings to all my friends. I have just RE created a Fb page for Wood Chuck Creations and I appreciate you taking a look at what I have been up to. What has been a live edge woodworking hobby for several years has become a wonderful challenge and a small business so I can with Crystal's wonderful support create some really beautiful things from rare and beautiful wood pieces that we work hard to find.
