One of our favorite perspectives from a guest touring The Atelier was, “You didn’t just show an end product, you showed process.” Music to our ears! This room was never simply about beauty - it was about creating something greater.

Our space is full of stories and history; some very special details we want to point out are the framed furniture sketches.

The Aunt and Uncle of the original homeowners were furniture makers based in and the aunt, Jane Jeffries was also an artist who graduated from and was a founding member and President of the Madison Art Club in 1959 - which is still active today. These frames and sketches from their business, Iverness Shop, were found separately in the attic of The Manor on Meridian and you can see these originals, plus two paintings of Jane’s, on display in our space as a nod to the origins of the home and the strong history of the arts in Indiana. And, if you really have an eye for detail, perhaps you noticed them on The Atelier stationery, too! This home certainly has a story worth telling.

Working from one of the space’s quieter compositions, artist reimagined our still life arrangement in this Italian pottery piece, creating a treat for the viewer shaped by color, restraint, and her enduring connection to the natural world. It’s not a direct translation, more a study in form, palette, and atmosphere

That same perspective carries across the room. Nearby, an artist’s work table—built by our carpenters and brought to life by our soft goods team, it was designed in conversation with the homeowner’s existing dresser, reimagined as a functional counterpart for the space. Old forms, new purpose. Utility made beautiful.

It’s one of our favorite layers in the Atelier: how one maker’s work becomes inspiration for another. Flowers become a painting. A dresser becomes a beacon. And throughout the room, nature, craftsmanship, and reinterpretation quietly trade places.

A quick stop by the to measure a few templates and engineer custom touches. As Jenni always says, “Measure twice, cut once.”

Our core team gathered at the beautiful RH Indianapolis to celebrate a year full of growth and cheers to all that’s in store for our firm in 2026.

Special thanks to the local RH Indy team who greeted us with a warm welcome and encouraged us to camp out for our end-of-year reflection. What a beautiful space to do so.

The week before Christmas is a crazy one, but we all deserve to hit pause and celebrate the collective contributions of those around us. So, here’s to us, and to you, too! 🥂

It’s no secret that High Point, North Carolina is the mecca of trade sourcing in the U.S. for interior designers, but instead of visiting showrooms this time - we adventured through antique heaven. We’re looking at you and - to name a few!

Enjoy these highlights from a morning well spent searching and sourcing one-of-a-kind finds. Make sure you watch our stories for a few tips from Jenni, too. 💕

We’re back with another travel diary from our afternoon following the Idea House. We asked for the best antique shops in Charlottesville and loved meeting the team, ohhhhing and ahhhhing at the before hitting road and cruising through the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. We may or may not have taken a wrong turn and ended up in the most charming little town of Lovington, Virginia for local shopping and a warm treat. Next up, these mountain mamas hit the road again for High Point sourcing. More to come! 💌
