Fortville | Sandra Krajac & Tom Cooper from Blume Flower Company | Note: “Blume” is German for flower. “I've always loved flowers. Most people do, They're very beautiful. But around COVID times, when everyone was stuck indoors and stuck at their homes, I had a little garden in my backyard and I was wondering, ‘How I could make that more of a full-time thing, make that my life's work because I, I really love flowers.’ So I started following the Floret Flower Farm in Washington (state), and I ended up taking an online farming flower course a few years ago, and my parents-in-law were kind enough to let me use some of their yard for a 1/4 acre flower farm. My husband is my best employee/owner, so we love it, and we love our flowers!” Tom: “We do farmers markets. That’s a big thing for us. We'll have a lot more bouquets as the growing season comes, but we also do weddings, flower bars, bridal showers, subscriptions for businesses, you name it.” [I met Sandra & Tom at the Noblesville Main Street farmers market.]

Our planting has been slightly delayed to clean our irrigation lines of hard water since we use well water. Wish us luck in our endeavor🤞🏼 In the meantime, I'm potting up propagations, small plants and seedlings; all while under the close supervision of my supervisor...🐶

We are pumped to announce Blume will be a vendor at the Noblesville Main Street Farmers Market this growing season! 🤩 We'll be set up and ready every Saturday beginning May 2nd - October 10th, from 8am - noon.

Noblesville at Main Street will have around 100 vendors, live music and many events including the Duck Race, Peony Festival, Street Dance, Kids' days, Dogs days and more!

We will have flower bouquets, straight bunches of florals, houseplants, and more! We accept cash, credit card and Venmo as payment. Support local with all the amazing folks at Noblesville Main Street Farmers Market and we can't wait to see you there! 🌸💐😁🎉
