A headquarters can do more than house a team. It can make a culture visible.

Congratulations to Katz, Sapper & Miller KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) on the ribbon cutting of their new Indianapolis headquarters.

From an early test-pilot space to this 85,000-square-foot workplace, KSM approached its new home with curiosity, trust, and a willingness to rethink what an office could offer a growing, hybrid team.

The result balances focus and connection through daylight-filled work neighborhoods, acoustically separated social spaces, wellness alcoves, and a two-story interior courtyard that brings nature into the heart of the workplace.

Each decision was shaped around how people work, gather, and belong—creating a headquarters that reflects who KSM is today while making room for where the firm is going next.

We are grateful to KSM for inviting our team into this meaningful transformation. Congratulations on this exciting new chapter.

For Zionsville Presbyterian Church, the goal was not to create a new identity. It was to help the building better express the one already present.

Over time, ZPC’s campus had grown alongside its congregation. Ministries expanded, programs evolved, and new spaces were added to support a thriving church community. But with that growth came complexity. The campus needed to become more intuitive, more connected, and more adaptable for both current needs and future ministry.

DELV worked with and to reimagine the campus through a renovation and addition rooted in the churches’ own three guiding principles: invitational, relational, and respirational.

The result is a clearer front door, a stronger gathering heart, safer and more intuitive children’s environments, flexible spaces for growing ministries, and a long-term approach to stewardship that included environmental considerations such as solar energy opportunities.

At its core, this project is about helping a building better serve the people, relationships, and ministries already bringing it to life. We are excited to watch ZPC grow into this reimagined campus and hope it continues to support welcome, connection, and meaningful ministry for generations to come.

The Role: Interior Designer ( 5–10 years of experience)

As an interior designer at DELV, you’ll work on a diverse mix of project types—leading clients, contractors, and consultants to uncover vision and implement goals.

You’ll do so alongside a collaborative team guiding projects through due diligence, design, approvals + permitting, construction administration, and closeout.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives with creative autonomy, takes their craft seriously, and shows up for their team. To be a fit for this spot on our team, you are:

▪️Bold and creative
▪️Proficient with Revit and SketchUp
▪️Skilled from concept to detailing
▪️Well-versed in visualization tools
▪️Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design
▪️NCIDQ preferred
