For this & .rachelpatterson stage, we embraced a modern organic approach — layered neutrals, warm wood tones, sculptural pieces, and soft textures designed to complement the home’s architecture rather than compete with it.

From the soaring two-story great room to the thoughtfully styled details throughout, every space was curated to feel calm, elevated, and effortlessly inviting. We wanted buyers to walk in and instantly feel at home while still experiencing the luxury and scale this property offers.

For this Cornerstone Custom Homes collaboration, we focused on pieces that felt elevated but livable — sculptural lighting, warm wood tones, soft layered textures, and seating designed to invite conversation. The arched built-ins and statement fireplace already gave the room incredible character, so our goal was to complement the architecture, not compete with it.

We’re honored to share a very special partnership project with Cornerstone Custom Homes — a breathtaking custom build where our role went far beyond a traditional home stage. This was a collaboration rooted in vision, craftsmanship, and creating an experience of home.

From the warm earth-toned palette to the expansive windows flooding every room with natural light, every detail was intentionally layered to feel elevated yet inviting. Leathered quartzite, marble surfaces, timeless limestone accents, custom handmade stair railings, and serene pond views… this home is luxury without feeling overdone.
