Hot take from AE: if the only way to “refresh” your lobby is a complete renovation... you probably didn’t think it through.

When designing a space, create the opportunity to mix it up a few years later for an easy refresh by making small, subtle changes.

With only three differences we’ve created a soft and elegant vibe as well as an option with a bit of a sharper edge.

Good ideas tend to travel - we can’t say we blame them!

When we first developed this assisted living concept, the goal was simple: create a safe place that feels residential, not institutional.
Warm materials, subtle curves, architectural detail, and a hospitality-style arrival set the tone from the moment you walk in.

Corridors were designed with character instead of monotony, the layout framing views of these beautiful landscape murals as you move through the space.

From the outset, the concept was rooted in bringing the outdoors in - with natural light, greenery, and a central gathering space designed around it.

A building where the architecture and concept naturally work together.

Looking forward to seeing this calm, soothing and healing vision brought to life.

Designing a school from the ground up is a process that begins with a clear vision and then moves along through value engineering.
