Brand Boutique Hotel
The renovation of this 19,500-square-foot, four-story historic boutique hotel in downtown Glendale reimagines the property through a contemporary design lens while celebrating its architectural heritage. The project introduces a new 4,500-square-foot mezzanine level between the first and second floors, creating new lobby and reception spaces, restaurants, a bar, a banquet hall, and supporting office areas.
The design draws inspiration from the building’s early modern and mid-century character, reinterpreting its clean lines, proportions, and material palette with contemporary detailing and craftsmanship. Architecture, interiors, and custom furnishings work together to create a refined hospitality experience that respects the historic fabric while introducing modern, thoughtfully integrated interventions.
