Thru the years, I have become a master at Home Purchase Agreements, Broker Paperwork, PDR and Lot Exhibit Documents, Addendums to the Agreement, the FHA Amendatory Clause, Close of Escrow Documents and Amendments, and Guidance with Solar Contracts. I even have experience in negotiating on behalf of my clients for receiving design studio credits, receiving credits from the lender, as well as recommendation for increasing home value and appeal, with water softening and Reverse Osmosis system installation advice, and Epoxy for the garage. As a Side Note: California State law requires the reassessment of property as of the first day of the month following an ownership change or the completion of new construction. A change in ownership or a completion of new construction that occurs between January 1 and May 31 results in two supplemental assessments and triggers two Supplemental Property Tax Bills. The first Supplemental Bill is for the remainder of the fiscal year in which the event occurred. The second Supplemental Bill is for the subsequent fiscal year.
