As much as I love doing them, I may have to turn some jobs down until I have a proper contract in place for situations as such.

The biggest thing to remember here is when you order something and either pick it up or have me deliver it, the exchange of goods/services for payment is instant and in both parties control.

When building on site, if customer decides they dont want to make final payment, theres not much i can do on my end. The product is already in possession on their property, and as much as I love the idea of every human being kind and honest, they are not.

Cedar and black are always a solid combo.
10x10 gazebo with hip roof, last time I had to do hip rafters was in shop class many years ago, and believe it or not this whole thing was built start to finish by just myself no helping hands. Definitely will be bringing in another person next time I have to anything with rafters!
