ewing Camp is coming to Londa's Sunroom Sewing Studio this summer - and it works a little differently than most camps you've seen!
I'm offering four weeks of small-group sewing instruction for kids and teens ages 6 through 18, right here at 167 Whitfield Drive in Jackson. Maximum 3 students per week. Real instruction. Real results.
Here's the fun part: the FIRST family to purchase a seat for a week gets to set the details - the age group, the skill level, and the project focus. Then together we find the two additional students needed to make the week go. I promote on social media, you spread the word among your homeschool friends, co-op, and neighbors.
Available weeks:
July 13-16
July 27-30
August 3-6
August 10-13
Sessions run Monday-Thursday, 3 hours per day (your choice of morning or afternoon). $275 per student. A Friday "finish up" session is included that week at no extra charge if your child needs a little more time to complete their project.
Age groups: Wee Stitchers (ages 6-7, hand sewing, all supplies included), Young Stitchers (ages 8-10), Savvy Stitchers (ages 11-13), and Senior Stitchers (ages 14-18).
I'm a 74-year-old grandmother with 54 years of sewing experience and 10 years of teaching kids right here in Jackson. References available. Studio visits warmly welcomed before you commit.
