Hi, I’m Sarah Carter, the heart and soul behind Annie P’s Creations—a decorating service that transforms everyday spaces into seasonal escapes. From spooky Halloween haunts and cozy autumn vibes to sparkling Christmas wonderlands (and everything in between), I love crafting custom designs that make people smile.

I was born and raised in North Mississippi, where I met and married my best friend and amazing husband in 2001. Together, we’ve traveled the world during his service in the U.S. Air Force, and eventually came back home to Mississippi to raise our three wonderful kids—two daughters and a son—close to family. When our youngest graduated high school, we made the exciting move to the Emerald Coast, where my passion for decorating truly took off.

With the help of an incredible team, I bring years of hands-on experience to every project—from personalized inspiration boards and budget-friendly quotes to seamless installations. I thrive on collaboration and love bringing my clients’ visions to life.
