Thank you so much for following my page! I thought I would take a break from blowing everyone’s feeds up with candles and formally introduce myself! My name is Taylor Hall Hixon. I am the mom of my two little bundles of energy, Peyton and Jackson. As a family we love to travel and spend time with our friends and family! I grew up in beautiful Pensacola, Fl and moved to Jacksonville, Fl for grad school and ended up staying here with my husband Mark to begin our careers. We are both accountants (but not the super boring kind). I am a lover of dogs, history, great food, exploring this amazing earth, and beautiful things.

So how did Gilded Flame get started? While going through my China cabinet I kept coming across the most beautiful pieces that I never had a use for. It made me kind of sad that these stunning things that were once so loved were just collecting dust in a cabinet. I thought “if they could talk they would have so many stories to tell about holidays, celebrations, and wonderful conversations with friends.” It occurred to me then that I could give them a second chance to take the spotlight and be loved, as beautiful one-of-a-kind luxury candles! It’s time to give these pieces new “stories” with you and your loved ones. I hope you love what you see! I am always looking for new ideas so please contact me with any ideas or suggestions!!! Welcome! Thank you so much for following me! I’m excited to launch a concept that I have been playing around with for awhile. Gilded Flame Candles will give a second life to unique one of a kind vintage dish ware and add some luxury to your home’s esthetic. The candles will be made with premium wax and will be scented similarly to the popular Capri Blue Volcano scent. If you would like an unscented candle please feel free to reach out!
