Tearing out glue-down hardwood! 📉

This type of installation is built to last for decades if done properly and well maintained. However, when we started demoing, we realized the wood was completely hollow.
The issue? The subfloor underneath was crumbling like sand. Applying glue over sand is a recipe for failure—the glue simply won't stick!
Doing it right means taking no shortcuts. We are removing the entire area to fix the subfloor and prep it correctly. 🛠️✨

Cheap work ends up COSTING WAY MORE! 😱🚫

We were called out to fix a loose, squeaky laminate floor. When we pulled up the first few boards, look at what we found: SURPRISE the new laminate was installed right on top of old carpet padding!

🤯 The homeowner was told that leaving the carpet pad would make the floor "softer and reduce noise." The real result? The floor lost all stability, the locking system broke, and now the only solution is to rip it all out and restart from scratch.

⚠️ The rule is clear: Laminate flooring needs a solid, stable, and proper subfloor to perform correctly. Quick fixes and shortcuts are never the answer!
