Joey is marking an incredible milestone as he celebrates 15 years with our team as Architectural Design Lead. His creativity and passion for design have helped shape countless projects and made a lasting impact on both our team and community.

Joey was asked, “what do you love most about working with G4?”
“For me G4 is not just my workplace, it also represents an extended family. I have known and worked with Karie, Leigh and Jaxon since 2007, long before G4 even existed. G4 for me represents trust, that its people will stand beside you in good times and in bad times. I have witnessed this trust since the beginning of my journey at the firm, and it is priceless"

We had the privilege of having one of our own Architectural Principal, Gabriel Divone, serve as reviewer at the University of Florida School of Architecture Undergraduate project reviews for the Design 6 (Professor Martin Gold) and Design 8 (Professor Carla Brisotto) studios, where he provided thoughtful feedback and guidance to the next generation of architects. His involvement reflects our firm's ongoing commitment to supporting emerging talent and contributing to the advancement of the profession.

Opportunities like these not only strengthen the connection between academic and practice but also help shape the future of design through meaningful mentorship and shared expertise.

We’re excited to welcome Rob Olori to Group 4 Design as Senior Interior Designer. With 25+ years of experience across corporate, higher education, and healthcare, Rob is known as a “Workplace Specialist” with a sharp eye for detail and a people-first approach to design.

He also serves as Director of Communications for the IIDA North Florida Board, staying actively connected to the design community.

Safe to say… we’re glad he’s on our team. 👏

Congratulations to our Senior Program Manager: George McNabb on celebrating a 5-year milestone with Group 4 Design! 🎉

George has been an integral part of our team, bringing consistency, organization to the project intake process, and guiding new opportunities as they enter the studio.

George was asked: What do you enjoy most about working for G4?
“I love the people and the leadership. I have worked in over 10 offices in my 45 years in architecture/construction and this has been the best office ever. The leadership has always been open and receptive to its employees, which goes a long way. I enjoy coming to work and I haven’t said that too many times in my career.”
