Bittersweet news, Cultivate family!
The end of July brings a new adventure for me and my husband. On July 25th, I’ll be leaving Cultivate as we move to Gainesville for my husband to begin a graduate program at UF this Fall.
While I am incredibly excited for this next chapter, leaving this community is bittersweet. Cultivate has been a place of belonging for me over the past seven years. To all our customers, vendors and coworkers past and present: you are the most amazing human beings and getting to know you has been an absolute honor. I’ll miss you deeply.
A special thank you to Mariah, for creating this magical space. It has been a privilege to share this journey with you and to help nurture this space. I am grateful beyond words.
I don’t quite know what my next step will be, but I’m excited to take the experience gained from Cultivate with me, knowing it will inspire whatever comes next.
Looking Ahead: Welcoming Yodalis!
Cultivate is going to be in the absolute best hands! We are
thrilled to introduce Yodalis, who will be taking over as the new Manager. You might remember her from a few years ago when she worked Sundays. She has been a part of this community for a long time, loves it deeply, and shares the exact same values we all hold dear. We are so excited to welcome her back to the Cultivate crew full-time. She began training this week, so please come by the shop to say hello!
