I believe beautiful front door decor should work for your home—not make you work around it.

One of my repeat customers has a storm door, and that means something as simple as choosing a wreath comes with an extra question: “Is it going to fit without getting squashed?”

That has stayed with me.

Because when you invest in handmade decor, you shouldn't have to choose between the full, beautiful look you love and something that actually works for your front door.

This fall wreath is one of my thinner designs. It still gives you plenty of color, texture and personality from the front, without as much depth coming away from the door.

And sometimes those practical details matter just as much as how pretty something is.

Storm door owners, tell me—do you have trouble finding wreaths that fit comfortably between your doors?

Before guests see your living room, your kitchen, or that perfectly fluffed throw pillow, they see your front door.

A seasonal wreath is one of the simplest ways to make your entrance feel intentional and welcoming without adding another big decorating project to your list.

And honestly, sometimes it’s nice when one beautiful piece does most of the work.

Do you decorate your front door for every season or just your favorites?

This is the view that makes me want to straighten one more ribbon before I call a wreath finished.

Up close, you can see how the different patterns play together—the oversized polka dots, pink and black prints, awareness ribbons, and those layers tucked in between.

When I handcraft a wreath, I'm thinking about more than how it looks from across the room. I want those closer details to feel intentional too, because they're part of what gives a piece its personality.

It's those little touches that turn something decorative into something that feels special in your home.

When you're choosing handcrafted decor, are you the person who immediately starts looking at all the little details?

There’s something about September that makes home feel ready for a little change.

You don’t have to completely redecorate to welcome a new season. Sometimes changing the wreath on the front door, bringing out a few warmer colors, or adding one favorite fall piece is enough to make everything feel refreshed.

As summer begins giving way to fall, think about how you want home to feel when you walk through the door.

What’s the first thing you usually change when you start decorating for fall?

Sometimes one little word can carry a whole lot of meaning.

HOPE sits at the heart of this handcrafted design, surrounded by soft pink pumpkins, florals, and playful patterns. It's a sweet reminder that the things we choose for our homes can be beautiful while also saying something that matters to us.

And because we see our own decor every day, those meaningful little reminders aren't only for the guests who visit. Sometimes they're there for us, too.

What word or message would you love to have represented somewhere in your home?

Fall doesn’t have to follow all the traditional rules.

This “Hello Fall” wreath brings together warm pumpkin orange, vibrant turquoise, sunflowers, and playful animal prints for a fall look with plenty of personality. The mix of leopard patterns and colorful pumpkins gives it an unexpected twist while still creating that warm, welcoming feeling we love for the season.

It’s the kind of front door decor that says fall has arrived—but definitely isn’t afraid to stand out from the neighbors.

When you decorate for fall, do you prefer traditional autumn colors or do you like adding an unexpected color to the mix?

Some home decor quietly blends into the background. And then there are pieces that make you smile every time you walk past them.

This handcrafted wreath brings together playful pink, bold black and white, and a message of hope in a way that feels cheerful, confident, and full of personality.

I love the idea of your front door being more than an entrance. It can be one of those little places where your home reflects what matters to you before anyone ever steps inside.

For someone who loves color, meaningful details, and a home that doesn't take itself too seriously, this is the kind of piece that can make coming home feel just a little brighter.

Do you prefer your home decor to make a bold statement or quietly complement the rest of your space?

As September gets closer, now is a lovely time to choose the first cozy touch you want to add to your home. A wreath, bow, or centerpiece can set the tone.
