We celebrate Christmas the old fashioned way and designed this Christmas Light Show and Display to provide a fun atmosphere in which people can enjoy the Christmas season. The Bum Dunn light show has an estimated half million lights situated on 1.5 acres and provides visitors walk-through access down the driveway under (22) lit arches and along the sidewalk going to the front porch. When you enter
the winter wonderland, you’ll be greeted at the front gate by (2) 9’ tall nutcrackers playing music with life-like automated eyes that move. There are (36) hand cut wooden candy canes lining the sidewalk along Losco Rd, which were also hand painted and then wrapped with white lights, then complemented by 12 lit flamingos perched on top of the fence. There’s an enchanted elf tree with 36 little elves lining the branches of a beautiful oak tree close to the road and is also lit with thousands of warm white lights wrapping the branches and has shimmering spheres hanging throughout. Multiple laser projectors shine up into the tree casting a net of red, green & blue lights that almost appear to be little fairies. We have a 33’ tall inflatable Santa with gift bag towering over the property with 5 spotlights synced to the music and shining up on him throughout the show. The massive Santa stands next to an amazing oak tree that has strands of lights hanging throughout all the branches and extending out into the yard creating an electrifying experience of light. We offer tribute to all the service members of the armed forces with a silhouette of the Unknown Soldier, lined on either side by flags for each branch of the service and the American flag. One of the songs that we play is “Soldier Silent Night”, which represents all the military members that can’t be home for Christmas and for Santa not to worry, because the soldiers are protecting us and just doing their job. In addition, there are 65 inflatables throughout the property, all of which have spotlights that are synced to the show and lighting up all at once. We have 7 large stars suspended from a cable that come shooting out of the sky and then hitting the 20’ mega-tree that lights the show up with an amazing 6,400 lights, color changing up-lighting surrounding the perimeter of the property, Santa on a beautiful red metal sleigh wrapped with red and white lights, which is being pulled by (9) reindeer, (22) dancing light Christmas trees, tons of lit figurines throughout the yard, (40+) trees wrapped with lights, and a life size dancing Santa Claus on the front porch.
