This powder bath was designed to be anything but ordinary. From the moody floral ceiling to the custom millwork, vintage-inspired mirror, warm brass accents, and soft under-cabinet glow, every detail was chosen to create a little moment of surprise.

“You’re so lucky.”

We hear that a lot when people see the finished project.

What they don’t see are the months of dust, delays, decisions, budget conversations, takeout dinners, missing appliances, furniture piled in the wrong rooms, and living in a construction zone.

They don’t see the moments you question every decision or wonder if the project will ever actually be finished.

Renovations aren’t for the weak.

They’re inconvenient. They’re disruptive. They’re messy. And somehow they almost always take longer than you hoped.

But then one day, the dust settles. The lights come on. The vision becomes reality.

And everyone says, “Wow, you’re so lucky.”

From Forgotten Wall to Favorite Gathering Spot

It’s amazing what can happen when you stop looking at what a space is and start imagining what it could be.

This area was once little more than a blank wall with a pair of furniture pieces pushed together for storage. It served a purpose, but it wasn’t adding beauty, function, or value to the home.

Fast forward to today… 🍷☕️

We transformed the space into a custom wine and coffee bar that feels like it was always meant to be here.

✔ Quartz countertop for a clean, timeless look
✔ Beverage refrigerators for wine and entertaining
✔ Textured herringbone tile backsplash
✔ Floating glass shelf for display and décor
✔ Accent lighting that creates warmth and highlights the architectural niche

The result is a space that’s equal parts functional and beautiful. Morning coffee, evening wine, entertaining friends, or simply enjoying a little everyday luxury… this once-overlooked corner has become a true focal point of the home.

One of the things we love most about renovation is finding these opportunities. Sometimes the biggest impact doesn’t come from adding square footage. It comes from reimagining the space you already have.

Now a fully reimagined butler pantry + laundry combo with custom navy cabinetry, layered lighting, warm wood floors, and a statement wallpaper that adds depth and character. Functional, refined, and designed to be seen.

We were so busy soaking it all in that we forgot to take many photos, but we did find a few new vanities that truly made our hearts sing. Clean lines. Solid craftsmanship. Beautiful finishes.There is nothing better than discovering quality pieces that elevate a space and stand the test of time. Wallpaper is officially having its moment again and honestly, we’re here for it.

This half bath is the perfect example of why wallpaper is back in a big way. Small space, big impact. It adds depth, movement, and personality without overwhelming the room. Paired with warm metals and clean lines, it feels intentional, elevated, and anything but dated.

Half baths are the ideal place to take a little design risk. They’re meant to surprise, delight, and make people say, “Wait… I love this.”

Living through a renovation is not for the faint of heart.

There’s dust, decisions, schedule shifts, and moments where the space looks worse before it looks better. It takes patience, trust, and a little vision to live in the middle of the mess and still see what’s coming.

We’re incredibly grateful for clients who embrace the process, ask great questions, and stay focused on the end result. Renovations are a partnership, and progress only happens when everyone is willing to lean in together.
