In August 2020, we launched UpLIFT to create an intentional space for women within our organization to connect, support one another, and give back to our local community through service, shared talents, and generosity.

This week, the UpLIFT group gathered for a thoughtful and heartfelt discussion around Mel Robbins’ “Let Them Theory.” The conversation centered on womanhood, and the importance of setting boundaries, protecting mental well-being, and embracing the idea that it’s not only okay -but essential - to put yourself first.
