It’s been a minute! There has been a lot going on in my personal life and professionally that is exciting! First off, I got married and baby Salwolke is due October 4, 2026, the best news yet! Among all these life updates there have been some career shifts. Don’t worry, Briar Lane Interiors isn’t going anywhere, however I’ve pivoted a little bit! I began working at Cabinet Country as a designer in March.

What does this mean? Well, it means that I can now handle your project designs in many other capacities. I can spearhead the design process from start to finish by drawing cabinet designs for kitchens, baths, home office or even lower-level entertainment areas, the possibilities are endless! Historically, with my background starting in flooring, creating fun tile layouts for bathroom designs is a favorite! At Cabinet Country we can source flooring, tile, carpet, cabinets, countertops and hardware.

We can’t forget about the final details. Making lighting, furniture, custom window treatment, area rug and wallpaper selections to bring everything into a cohesive design scheme, is the cherry on top! And I’m here to take you through the entire process.

I currently have a handful of kitchen projects in the works, however I’ve been wanting to design a fun bathroom! If you’re ready to gut your bathroom and love color….reach out to me!

As the holiday season comes to an end, I'm filled with gratitude to think of the accomplishments of 2025. This year brought growth, not only did I get to create a cozy holiday experience at the , this year also hired me for their holiday decor!

I also completed my first kitchen remodel as an independent interior designer, I got engaged, and I'm getting together my first rental property.

I am proud of my accomplishments in 2025 and eager to take on the challenges of 2026!
