In the bedroom, we focused on creating a space that feels both luxurious and calming.

An ocean-inspired wallcovering sets the tone, paired with a blue velvet upholstered bed that adds depth and softness. Natural, organic textures bring warmth, while subtle details—like sand dollar artwork above the bed—nod to the surrounding landscape.

With views out to the water, the space is designed to feel serene, elevated, and connected to its coastal setting.

A deeper take on coastal luxury ✨

For this beachfront condo, we designed a bathroom that leans into rich tones and layered materials while maintaining a refined, elevated feel.

A green marble hexagon tile grounds the shower floor, paired with a deep emerald tile on the walls for a bold, immersive look. Kravet grasscloth wall coverings add warmth and texture, while a Royal Jade quartzite countertop brings natural movement and depth.

The custom vanity, Kohler fixtures, and tile-in drain detail create a seamless, tailored finish—balanced by natural walnut doors from TruStile to tie back to the flooring throughout. 🌊

Designed with luxury in mind ✨

For this beachfront condo, we curated a kitchen that feels both elevated and effortless—balancing statement materials with clean, functional design.

The island and backsplash feature Galapagos Green quartzite, bringing depth and movement into the space, while Dekton Sandik on the back bar and countertops offers a refined, durable contrast.

An invisible cooktop by Invisacook keeps the surface seamless, paired with Kohler fixtures for a timeless, polished finish. Custom cabinetry and metal + glass shelving add warmth and structure, while handblown glass accents introduce an organic, sculptural element. 🌊

Designed with intention from floor to ceiling ✨

For this luxury beachfront condo, we carefully curated every element of the living space to create warmth, texture, and an elevated coastal feel.

Walnut wood floors ground the space, while grasscloth wall coverings wrap the room—and extend onto the ceiling—bringing depth and softness throughout. Custom motorized drapery in Clarke & Clarke cut velvet frames the ocean view, blending function with a refined, tailored look.

The space is finished with a handblown white strié glass flush mount from the Visual Comfort Signature Collection, adding a soft, ambient glow overhead. 🌊

A primary bathroom redesign centered around fully custom cabinetry.
Large-format tile was used throughout the bathroom floor and shower, while a separate soaking tub and custom shower door enclosure complete the space.

The secondary bathroom received a refresh with a new tile shower surround, an updated quartz vanity countertop, and the existing vanity repainted for a clean, cohesive look.
