Our final class for ages 4-8! Our focus the last few weeks was on the bees 🐝 today we finished with a flower pot so all the bumble bees can visit & see their beautiful creations.

Close ups of our multi media projects from the last two classes! 3 hours total spent on this project. Lots of decisions regarding line placements, types of line to use, direction, color, texture, placement… it’s a thoughtful creative process 🤍

So excited to share these projects! Last week was the first multimedia Thursday art class - we worked on monochromatic backgrounds and experimenting with different lines and how they play off each other. This week we focused on an ocean animal to construct out of a variety of materials (beads, gems, tissue paper, sequins, etc). We have a shark & jelly fish completed 🦈 🪼

One class left next Thursday!
