Cancellation policy is at least 1 week before booking. Just a mom who loves her husband, kiddos, Jesus, coffee, and crafts. Right now that means bringing you cute and DELICIOUS cookies to add extra flare to any occasion. With our half order option, full payment is required upon booking along with details of event and custom request. With our full dozen order, half of payment is required at booking
and the other half upon delivery / pickup. If delivery is farther than our radius of service a minimum of $8 dollars* will be added to order as a delivery fee. (Radius is 20 miles from Jeanerette, LA and *fee may change depending on how far out of delivery radius event is located.) Payment Options include: Cash or Check, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. Cancellation of order MUST take place 1 WEEK before event or order is due. If done so before the 1 WEEK deadline a refund will be issued. We understand sometimes LIFE just happens and things happen beyond our control. We will do our best to work with you whether it is to reschedule the order or give a discount for a reschedule (even if refund is issued or for future booking).
