With another Coro vendor offering free shipping, we wanted to ask what customers think. We have had several people ask if we will follow suit. Enough that we thought we would respond.

The thought of free shipping is great, but truly nothing is free. As of now we are choosing not to raise our prices to accommodate for "FREE" shipping. If the price of shipping adjusts the price of the props, we aren't sure how fair we can be with the shipping costs. We have a small margin on our products, but we don't make any profit from shipping. We refund any overage that is charged for shipping when it applies. We think this is the most fair way we can get props into the hands of our customers abroad.

But what do you think? What is the best way for you? You are the ones that matter. Should we include the shipping cost into the price of the props and offer free shipping over a certain amount or continue with how it's done now with overage refunds when applicable.

How much would the price go up if it was included? It would be enough to cover shipping to the further regions. So probably 5 to 10 percent depending on the prop.

Which gives you a better sense of a deal? We really want to hear your feedback.
