We do egress well replacements too!

This project involved replacing a dilapidated egress window well that was failing and its flimsy cover. We were also asked to make it safe for the homeowner's children as well as the neighborhood children who sometimes played in the area.

The homeowner also informed us that a well-known company refused to even provide an estimate because there was no water in their basement. Another company did provide a quote, but ultimately he chose Better Basements & Beyond because we put in the extra effort to find the perfect solution.

After installing our waterproofing system, we’ve restored confidence in this home. The client contacted us about water in the basement, and once we removed the walls, we discovered hidden water damage, mold and mildew, and a bowing foundation. To secure the foundation, we installed 5 I-Beams.

Our team also handled waterproofing, wall paneling and drywall repair, and corrected previous electrical work done by another contractor. We replaced the drop ceiling, painted the walls, and, as always, cleaned up thoroughly to ensure complete client satisfaction.
