There are NO refunds on personalized products. If there is a mistake on my part, I will issue a refund or replace your item. Please make sure you look over your design proof very carefully before giving your approval as it is exactly what will be printed on your candle. Craftsworthusa will not be responsible for any errors in the design from that point on.
