Please remember… I’ll be set up at the Johnson City Farmers Market again tomorrow from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm! Please come support local farmers and vendors!! I’ll be there swapping donations for decals! I’ve also made a brand new decal that you haven’t seen yet!! šŸ˜„ I’ll be making a new surprise design each weekend, so make sure to come out and SHOP LOCAL!! I promise you, from experience, making a sale being a small business… it means a LOT more to us than it ever will a big box store! ā¤ļø

If you would like to get a decal - I’m still making them! I took the most popular designs I had with me yesterday and I’m going to concentrate on those. I’ve numbered them for easy identification - just let me know what color you’d like and I’ll get it made for you. I have almost every color under the rainbow - and I’ll purchase more if I need to!

The folks at Johnson City Farmers Market have been amazing!! They are letting me set up a table each Saturday through the end of October. I’ll be there each Saturday from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm with decals. Please stop by and shop local - our community needs all the support they can get right now - and pick up a decal while you’re there! Every penny raised this Saturday will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank.

If you can’t make it to the Farmers Market and would like to get one, Please EMAIL me: [email protected] or TEXT me at 423.833.5971 if you would like to get one! Please DO NOT send messages through messenger…. This is for a couple of reasons. First, if you message me, FB bombards me with ā€˜did you sale this item’ messages. They want a cut of all sales made here, and they normally take about 18% of the sales price before I ever see a penny of it. Money and resources are tight - and these folks need it way more than FB does, I promise. Secondly, between my personal messenger, business page messenger and marketplace - my inbox is pretty full and it’s easy (for me!) to lose track of orders, who has paid, who hasn’t, who needs it mailed and who wants to pick up locally. Also, it’s going to be much easier to show receipts if I limit the options. I want to assure everyone that I’m not keeping money for myself and that the money is going towards local relief efforts.

With your help, three nonprofit organizations will be receiving $150 checks this week. (ASP, Second Harvest, and the Appalachian Highlands Humane Society). For little ole me - that’s a lot of money and it makes me so happy to be able to give - and that’s because of you! So I’d like to thank everyone who has donated from the bottom of my heart!

For the next few weeks, I’m going to concentrate on local food banks that have been on the ground and not only providing shelf-stable food, but giving out hot meals out as well… Second Harvest has been doing amazing work for years, but their presence has especially been felt over the last week.

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! I cannot thank you enough! Every little bit helps and together, we can make an even larger impact! ā¤ļø

I’m going to link my Venmo and Cashapp in the comments - Please like and share this post so we can reach more people, it takes two seconds and doesn’t cost you a penny. If you’re able to, please donate - you’ll get a really cool decal out of it! 😊 If you work somewhere or own a local business and would like to help, please let me know! I’m more than happy to drop decals off to you if you would like to collect donations for them.

It’s going to take all of us pulling together for a long time to try to recover from this. Some families have lost loved ones, pets, homes, farms, their entire lives - all washed away within minutes and they will never be the same. We are showing the world how us mountain folk come together! We ARE !

Johnson City… I’ve never been prouder to call you my hometown! Y’all showed up today for these crafters and vendors who financially depend on the festivals going on this weekend that were canceled because of . I’m not done yet - I’ve still got a few internet orders to fill - but so far, I’ve managed to raise $489 to split between ASP, Second Harvest Food Bank and Appalachian Highlands Humane Society! My heart is so full!

Johnson City *may* host another festival next weekend and the kind souls running the place have invited me back if it does happen. I’ll make as many decals as I can and keep going!
We ARE !

If you’d like to order a decal - please email me: [email protected], TEXT me (I’m terrible at answering phone calls) at 423.833.5971 or comment below (my messenger is pretty clogged right now, but I’m slowly getting that cleared up…) and I’ll be more than happy to make you one!

Let’s keep stepping up and helping our neighbors out! They’ve got a very long road ahead to recover and rebuild and every little bit is going to help. Please stay safe, check on your friends and neighbors and keep being kind to one another!! ā¤ļøā¤ļø

Hey, all! With Erwin, TN completely devastated, Johnson City Farmer’s Market is hosting vendors who had planned on being apart of the amazing Apple Festival that Erwin hosts each year. I have just been in touch with them, and they have agreed to let me set up a small table (I don’t want to take up booth space - people depend on the festival each year to make ends meet by selling their goods there. I will be there until the market closes at 1:00 p.m. accepting donations for Second Harvest, ASP and the Humane Society and giving out as many decals as possible.

Please consider coming down to show your support for these vendors. A lot of them are local and this is going to have a financial impact for them!

We are !! Please see my previous post for all of the details, but I’m making these at my own cost and asking a $5 donation. Every penny will be donated to one of three reputable, local nonprofits that are going to be on the ground for the next several months, if not years. We are devastated. But we will make it through this together!! ā¤ļø

Hey, y’all! I know it’s been a minute, but I’ve taken some time off - but now I’m back and asking for your help.

You’ve seen the devastation in WNC and ETN. I’m not going to post pictures… honestly, I’m sick and numb and just sad from seeing the impact from Helene.

My family and friends in the area are all accounted for, thankfully, although some of them have lost EVERYTHING. Our towns have banded together like nothing I’ve ever seen to get relief to those affected and it makes me so proud of our community!

Let’s be honest, though… this is going to be a VERY long road to recover from this. And when the media leaves in a couple of weeks, I’m afraid they’ll be forgotten.

I’ve come up with two similar designs for decals to sell… I’m asking a $5 donation for each one. I’ve decided to donate what is earned to:

The Second Harvest Food Bank of NETN
Appalachia Service Project
Humane Society of the Appalachian Highlands

Every penny raised will go to one of these organizations as they will be on the ground with us while we recover. I’m taking no money for myself - I’ll be happy to use every scrap of vinyl I’ve got to crank them out.

If you want a specific color, I will do my best to accommodate you. I will bring them to you if you are local or I will mail them to you at my own cost. I want to do as much as I can!

So, please feel free to comment below, message me on messenger, email me at [email protected] or text me at 423.833.5971. I will respond to each of you! I’d prefer not to place orders through FB, as they do take a portion of the sales. I will post what is donated and where it is going. If you’d like me to earmark your donation for one of these three, please let me know.

I’m going to be working on a Tennessee specific one and try to get that posted tomorrow.
