Before anyone gets concerned, that really is what a group of crows is called—and this little group has been keeping me busy!

After the corn close-up, the shipping-box tease, and that untouched pile of parts, all five are finished and headed to their new home.

For the person who likes her fall décor with plenty of personality, this crew understood the assignment.

She chose these angel wings for her sister-in-law—and now she plans to order another set for her dad. 🤍

That kind of trust stays with me. It means the wings arrived as expected, her questions were answered, and the finished tribute meant enough for her to return when honoring someone else she loves.

Two crows are already finished and gone, the third is complete, and number four is scattered all over the worktable. I really thought today would be the day I wrapped them all up.

Handmade work doesn’t always follow the schedule in my head—but three finished is still progress.

I looked out at tonight’s full moon and immediately heard my granddaughter calling it the “cookie moooooon” in her little 1½-year-old Southern drawl, and to think, she has never even been to the South. 😂🌕

But apparently, she’s been marketing my milk-and-cookie attachments all along…because every cookie moooooon needs a little milk. 🥛🍪
