May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I'm choosing to celebrate by officially retiring my need to control things that were never mine to control in the first place.

The internet will do a number on you if you let it. The comparison, the noise, the pressure to be everywhere all the time. Hard pass.

I've got a porch, a glass of wine, and a very short list of things I'm still willing to lose sleep over. Social media didn't make that list. Neither did the algorithm.

Protect your peace online like it's your job, because honestly it kind of is.
