A little about me and why Cedar & Stone is different.
I’m Brie, the owner and designer behind Cedar & Stone. And while my work today is rooted in residential design, my experience goes far beyond the typical four walls of a home.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked across luxury residential, hospitality, retail, and multifamily design. Spaces that each taught me something completely different about how people live, gather, shop, work, and experience a space.
That perspective is a big part of what makes Cedar & Stone what it is.
I’m not interested in simply making a room pretty. I think about the way a space functions, the details you notice years later, how materials will age, how lighting changes the mood, how a floor plan affects the way a family lives, and how all of those tiny decisions come together to make a home feel like you.
And when we get to the aesthetic, Cedar & Stone isn’t about chasing whatever is trending. It’s about layering old and new, refined and unexpected, collected and custom. We're creating interiors that feel personal, timeless, and a little bit unlike anything else.
There are plenty of talented designers out there. What I bring to the table is a pretty unusual combination of well-rounded industry experience and a very specific point of view.
I think you should be able to tell who designed a Cedar & Stone space without seeing the name attached to it. Functional. Effortlessly Layered. Unapologetically Unique.
