I had dabbled a bit back then with patterns I could find at the library. While I was pregnant with my first daughter in 1992, I thought I would try knitting. n after that, I found that I couldn't find the time to do my craft with a little one toddling around. In addition, I had my second daughter 18 months after my first was born. Fast forward to 2010 and I decided to quit smoking after 21 years. I picked up my hook and needles again to keep my hands busy and my mind off of the habit I was trying so hard to break. Now, with the internet at my disposal, I was able to reacquaint myself with the stitches and even learned quite a few new things. So I have been collecting yarn and patterns for the last 10 years and love what I do. I enjoy making things for my family and friends, but I think I have over-given to the point that they are tired of my hand made gifts haha. Probably not, but I would love to have more people to make my products for. So, I have been trying to get them out there for the past 8 years. It is going quite slow, but I am hoping you all will share my work with those that you think may enjoy having one or two pieces.
