Jill's Shabby & Chic Painting Boutique Jill's Shabby & Chic Painting Boutique refurbishes old neglected furniture to make it pretty. I have always loved shabby chic/vintage type furniture.

I never thought in a million years I would be talking about painting furniture, or doing anything creative for that matter. I guess my creative side was just waiting for the perfect time to emerge. I started playing around with things on my own to see if I could create this look myself. After LOTS of practice things just started to evolve. I only use chalk paint, mostly Annie Sloan and Dixie Belle

. I love taking antiques and giving them a makeover so they feel beautiful again. I love to watch the transformation of the piece and the happy faces of the new owners who get to love it!!!
