Stepping into the Opihi Suite at Kona Reef felt like a trip back in time—and not necessarily the vintage kind we love! 🌺 After twenty years as a rental on Aliʻi Drive, it was ready for a new chapter. We traded the cramped, dark layout for an open, airy vibe by removing unnecessary storage and letting the natural light take over. The result? A space that feels like a deep breath of fresh island air.

Check out the journey and the inspiration behind our tile choices on the blog. 🖥️✨

We love how this pineapple-motif lamp brings a bit of local charm to a sophisticated reading nook.

Are you currently working on a home project in Kealakekua or Captain Cook? We’d love to hear which textures you’re drawn to this season. 🍍✨

Solid Upcycled Wood in Naalehu. 🪵

There is something so grounded about using natural materials in a Living room. For this project on Kahiki Street, we integrated the Thuma Nest Credenzaa piece made from solid, upcycled wood that feels right at home here in Hawaii. It’s the perfect mix of hidden storage and open display. 🏡

Are you a fan of using upcycled materials in your own home projects? Tell us about your favorite find in the comments!
