📌 Important Update – Custom Order Policy 📌
To all customers, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required for me to begin working on your custom design, cover time spent creating mockups, and secure your order slot. Deposits do not go toward the final balance of your order.
Once I send you the completed design image for approval and you decide you’d like to move forward, full payment will be required before production is completed or pickup is arranged.
This policy is being put in place due to multiple completed custom orders not being picked up after time, effort, and materials have already been invested.
Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and supporting my business. 💖✨
