New for this years ScrapFest are these plant stands or small end tables. The tables are constructed from domestic cherry wood and repurposed copper tubing is used as an accent. These as well as other handcrafted items will be available this coming weekend in Old Town Lansing.

The last few weeks have been productive ones at the forge getting ready for this years Michigan Nordic Fire Festival. Besides forging cloak pins, Nordic rune talismans, and abstract jewelry I have added hand forged cheese knives and hand turned ornaments. Looking forward to seeing everyone in a few days.

Finished work on a small entry table and end table. Both pieces are live edge English walnut supported on custom fabricated steel bases.

Completed work on the walnut and copper base standing desk and end table. The customers cat really high lights the walnut.

Finished the cherry live edge shelves and custom forged brackets for a clients Irish pottery collection. As allows thank you for taking an interest.

Nearing completion of the reproduction of the Charles Limbert bookcase.

The piece is made from a sassafras tree on my property that was lost during a storm. I milled the log and it has air dried the last few years. Finally able to use. As I have always liked Arts & Craft era furniture I decided to build a piece I always admired.
