One of our absolute favorite dinners 🤍 These chicken cutlets turn out SO crispy and flavorful every time! The Dijon & Parmesan make such a difference

Crispy Chicken Cutlets

* 1–1½ lbs chicken breasts, sliced/pounded into thin cutlets
* Flour
* 2 eggs
* Dijon mustard
* Panko breadcrumbs
* Grated Parmesan
* Italian seasoning
* Salt + pepper
* Oil for frying

Season the chicken with salt. Coat each cutlet in a mixture of flour, salt & pepper, then the egg + Dijon mixture, then the panko + Parmesan + Italian seasoning mixture. Pan fry until golden and crispy and the chicken reaches 165°F.
