Naan pizza: truffle oil base, black & white sesame seed crust, vegan mozzarella shreds, fennel-salami, grated vegan mozzarella, crumbled vegan blue cheese, asparagus tips, fresh picked local morel mushrooms… her edge crust got a little done on broil but I ain’t mad, still soft!

Oh my gosh!!! Truffle Honey…It’s so good I could’ve cried!! I bought it at Old World Pizzeria. Worth having as a luxury item at home and seriously enjoy.

It has 8 g of fresh black truffles in it made in Michigan! If you have a fancy palette I highly recommend.

The picture with the arrow has a big piece of truffle on it, apple bourbon sausage.

Homemade gyros 🥙 did not disappoint!
These are beef only. I would try incorporating lamb next time.

Take away from this process, divide your meat up into more parchment packs and roll it thinner, but it’s still amazing!

Made with dairy free yogurt and dairy free feta. The tzatziki sauce is also homemade and absolutely amazing.

I think I would prefer to not use pita bread unless it stays soft. I steamed it first, however, it seems to dry out. If anybody has recommendations for a great pita bread and where to find it that stays soft, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, this was a definite win!

It’s been a while since I’ve taken the time to enjoy the kitchen and the magic that can happen in it. Find comfort in your talents and don’t lose them.

This is a Korean Braised Short Rib recipe, not my own, served over steamed green beans and a shiitake- pear sauté. They are phenomenal! This meal provided me comfort and the most satisfying satiety. Happy holidays ❤️.
