So, today is Earth day, but the closest thing I have to post today is a purse with a Middle Earth theme. This is one of my favorites! This on has elvish script on top and bottom in a caramel color and a Middle Earth themed main panel. The hardware is antique bronze with the hilt of Narsil on the front and on the back zipper. The bag is shown here with a 1 inch strap in dark green with a muted gold elvish script on it. This bag will be available at the Spring Craft Show the Saturday and Sunday, April 25-26, at the Kalamazoo Expo Center. Purchaser will get to choose a strap from a small variety that will be on display at the Show. I hope to see you there!

My newest LOTR purse. It's a crossbody with elvish script on cream for the top and the bottom and elvish symbols for the main panel. It features gold hardware with the Narsil hilt on the front and the back zipper. Here it is shown with a green 1-1/2" wide strap with elvish script in gold. This bag will be available at the Spring Craft Show at the Kalamazoo Expo Center this Saturday and Sunday, April 25-26 and the purchaser will get their choice of straps that will be on display and available at the show. About to make a couple of LOTR handbags. One brown and one green. The exterior will be faux leather (vinyl) with a map of Middle Earth. The interior will be waterproof canvas with LOTR symbols. The hardware (rings, zipper pulls, etc) will feature the One Ring and a Lorien Leaf. Check back here later for the completed purses!

I hope that everyone has had an incredible Thanksgiving! I hope that anyone doing any shopping this weekend is supporting Small Business Saturday! And tomorrow, come downtown to Bell's Eccentric Cafe and see me at the Bizarre Bazaar. We'll be in the Back Room from 12-5 on Sunday. Come enjoy a refreshing Bell's Beer and shop some local artisans. I can't wait to see you there!
