Closing Day is here 🫶🏠✨!!!

We are in the final stretch toward closing and a last-minute appraisal hiccup popped up. Cue turbo-mode problem solving.

We paused, identified the issue, looped in the listing agent, and worked together to find a solution. Thankfully, it was a simple fix and we’re back on track.

Not every real estate issue has an easy answer, and not everything is something an agent can just go solve. But when surprises happen, it matters to have people who communicate, collaborate, and focus on what CAN be done instead of assuming the worst.

Clear to close is music to everyone’s ears ✨🏠! However there are still logistics and behind the scenes things happening between the clear and the actual close 🏠✨. Follow along with StephanieLarsonRealtor and I as we guide our clients to the closing table this week.
