With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Holly Ann brings a wealth of knowledge in design, project management, and portfolio management. Her background working for major hotel brands, hotel owner groups, and hospitality construction firms gives her an in-depth understanding of the critical partnerships our clients rely on.

Her industry experience, combined with her passion for design, will be invaluable as she helps us continue delivering top-notch service to our clients.

We are pleased to announce that Keith McManus has joined Innspace as our new Principal, Construction. A distinguished professional with 25 years of industry experience, he has completed countless successful construction projects across the United States and Internationally.

“Keith’s design-build acumen spans preconstruction and general contracting, adding strength to our already strong team and further expanding our ability to execute first-class renovation and construction projects,” said Innspace Managing Director Ross Markham.
