Oreo Truffle Cookie Bars

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) package chocolate chip cookie dough store-bought
30 Oreos
4 ounces cream cheese softened (half a block)
1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips roughly 2 cups
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Place your cookie dough into your lined baking pan and press it down to form a crust.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top is golden to your liking, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Add your Oreo cookies into the bowl of a food processor and pulse them into fine crumbs.
Pour the cookie crumbs into a medium sized mixing bowl, then add in the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Press the Oreo truffle mixture on top of the cooled cookie layer, then set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) block softened cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip thawed
1/2 cup peanuts chopped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup caramel dip warmed for drizzling
4 full size Snickers candy bars chopped

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
Fold in the thawed Cool Whip, then mix in ½ cup of chopped peanuts and ½ cup mini chocolate chips. Transfer the dip into a 9-inch pie plate and spread it into an even layer.
Nuke the caramel dip slightly in the microwave to make it more suitable for drizzling, then drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the dip.
